Your dog’s well being is our number #1 priority. For this reason, we require several different vaccines before your dog is allowed on the premises. We require dogs be vaccinated for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper, Leptospirosis and Parvo virus. Owners MUST BRING A PRINTED VACCINE CERTIFICATE FROM A VETERINARY HOSPITAL showing proof that all of these vaccines are current before any dog will be taken in. Unfortunately if you do not have this when you arrive we cannot accept your dog. We do not require the canine influenza vaccine however we do recommend it. If you have questions regarding this, please call us and we will be happy to help you.

*The state of PA requires anyone bringing in a dog from out of state to have a printed health certificate from a licensed veterinarian stating the dog is free of any contagious diseases. For out of state visitors, we require this in addition to a printed vaccine certificate.

Kindly be thoughtful of others before you bring your dog. If your dog has vomited or had diarrhea up to 72 hours before they are to arrive, please notify us immediately before bringing them. They may be contagious to others.

Should your dog require the attention of a veterinarian during their stay, we will happily take them for you. The owner will be notified immediately and are required to pay for 100% of the veterinary charges that are incurred during their visit.

Because we live on site, we ask that clients adhere to the pick up and drop off hours that are posted which are 7:30 to 9 am or 5 to 6:30pm. Those who fail to follow these times will be subject to a $25 fee. These times are 7 days a week except for major holidays. We do not allow pick up or drop offs New Years Day, Easter, 4 ^th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve. We are only available in the morning for drop of and pick ups on the eve of major holidays (listed above).

Because safety of our employees is of utmost importance to us, we can only accept dogs that we are able to walk, feed and medicate if necessary. For proper care of your dog, we need to be able to handle it. If we can’t do so, an emergency contact person on your supplied list will be ask to come get your dog.

Our equipment is some of the best regarding dog safety and durability. Should a dog damage equipment while it is here, it’s owner is required to pay a replacement fee.

Kindly give us at least 48 hours notice.  Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge equal to the entire reservation. If you return home early, you will still be charged the full amount of your stay.

Current customers are required to pay their balance in it’s entirety at time of pick up. We currently only accept cash, check and credit cards.
