Frequently Asked Questions

Our regular pickup and drop off times are 7:30 to 9 am and 5 to 6:30 pm. These times run 7 days a week except for major holidays and the eve of major holidays. Our celebrated holidays include: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are here taking care of your pet on those holidays however in order to get our employees to their families sooner, we don’t offer pick ups and drop offs those days.

We love to provide you with updates via call or text when requested. Due to the volume of calls and texts we receive, we ask that only one family member regularly communicate with us during your pet’s stay. Please know that we may not be able to answer your call right away as we may be busy spoiling your dog or one of their new friends! So please leave us a text or voicemail so that we can get back to you as soon as we are free.

You bet. We just ask that you schedule a time to do so. Please leave your dogs at home for this visit.

Grooming services can be requested prior to pickup at an additional expense. Scheduling these appointments are based upon groomer availability.

*We do not require the canine flu vaccine at this time however we do recommend it.

  • Proof of Vaccines in the form of a vaccine certificate from your veterinarian
