The Foundation for a “Suite Experience”: Accommodations, Health and Safety Standards
About OUR Building
Our building was organized with your dog’s comfort in mind. With four separate sections, we are able to fully customize care to each individual staying with us. Our resort boasts individual indoor and outdoor runs that are monitored by our animal care technicians. Each section of the building is equipped with a radiant heating/cooling system in the floor, heat/air conditioning, ceiling fans and air purification systems.
On the exterior we have 5 large fenced in paddocks to allow for proper exercise. Each paddock is cleaned regularly with our hospital grade disinfectant. Our dog hotel boasts large, pacious suites built to accommodate any dog’s size or special needs. Generous rooms allow plenty of space for family members to be placed together if desired. Each suite has indoor/outdoor access which allow dogs to come and go as they please. For total coziness, rooms also have a radiant heat and cooling system in the flooring. All outdoor runs are located under roof with built in fans that account for warmer weather.
HIGH Cleanliness Standards
Suites are sanitized daily and as needed with hospital grade disinfectant. Unlike a hotel that only offers maid service once daily, our technicians are constantly inspecting your pet’s suite to ensure the space is comfortable and sparkling clean.
Vaccine Requirements:
By law, our facility requires your dog be current on the following vaccines prior to their stay: Rabies, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, Distemper/Adenovirus/Parvovirus (DAP) and Bordetella. We do not require the canine flu vaccine at this time but it is also recommended. Please make sure vaccines that need updating are given at minimum 14 days prior to your dog’s stay to ensure proper immunity.
Comfort is Key: a nice place to lay your head + a full belly = happiness
BEDDING
We encourage you to bring a blanket or mat with you for your pet to use during their stay. Bathmats with non-skid backing or fake sheepskin mats seem to be a favorite by dogs and their kennel technicians. When picking your pet’s bed for a stay, please make sure it will easily fit in a regular size washing machine. Due to state regulations, we unfortunately are not able to accept bedding that is ripped or torn.
Our Kitchen and Meal Preparation
Our dog kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to heat, cool, freeze and store any diet. In order to avoid stomach upset, please provide us with your dog’s regular diet in a sealed container to ensure freshness. Labeled zip lock bags work wonderfully.
Medications
Standard medication administration (tablets or caplets given up to 3 x day) is included with every stay pending the owner provides a medium in which the pills are given (pill pockets, cheese, etc). Medicated baths, topical lotion application, injections, etc. are given at an additional charge. Please contact our office for pricing. *Please note, if we are unable to administer your dog’s medication due to aggressive behavior, you will be notified.
Fun and Games: All work and no play makes for a dull dog!
Treats and Toys from Home
You are always welcome to bring kennel safe toys with you from home. Items such as Kong toys, Nylabone style chews or filled bones are always a safe choice. We encourage you not to bring anything with sentimental value for your dog as sometimes items can get separated if they need to be washed. Even though they are often the most loved, torn toys cannot be accepted due to safety concerns. If you are not sure what to bring, feel free to visit our dog bakery and boutique store to find the perfect items!
Specialty in House Treat Options
We like to offer our residents a wide variety of nutritious snacks that are fun and provide enrichment opportunities to break up their day.
